Reviewer Guide
- Purpose of Peer Review: Peer review aims to ensure scientific quality, academic integrity, and the relevance of published articles, while also assisting authors in improving the quality of their manuscripts.
- Review System: This journal applies a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure an objective evaluation of the manuscript.
- Reviewer Responsibilities: Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts professionally, maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and provide assessments based on academic substance.
- Acceptance of Review Invitations: Reviewers should accept review invitations only for manuscripts that match their expertise, are free from conflicts of interest, and can be reviewed within the specified timeframe. Otherwise, the invitation should be declined promptly.
- Main Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers assess the originality and contribution of the article, clarity of objectives, appropriateness of theory or methodology, strength of analysis, and coherence of conclusions. Language assessment focuses on structural clarity and academic readability rather than detailed technical editing.
- Academic Integrity: In addition to editors, reviewers may also identify indications of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, inappropriate authorship, and irresponsible use of sources or data.
- Reviewer Recommendations: Reviewers provide one of the following recommendations: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject, accompanied by clear and concise justification.
