PUBLICATION PROCESS

The journal’s publication process is conducted collaboratively through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, involving authors, editors, and reviewers.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit manuscripts through the journal’s submission portal by completing the required metadata and uploading an ethics statement. The manuscript is then placed in the editorial queue for further processing.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

Editors conduct an initial assessment of administrative completeness, alignment with the journal’s scope, and the academic suitability of the manuscript. The manuscript may proceed to peer review, be returned to the author for preliminary revision, or be rejected.

3. Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated by at least two reviewers through a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers provide assessments and recommendations that form the basis of the editorial decision.

4. Editorial Decision and Revision

Editorial decisions include acceptance with revisions or rejection. Authors are required to revise the manuscript in accordance with reviewers’ and editors’ comments. Manuscripts that meet the required standards proceed to the production stage.

5. Copyediting and Proofreading

Manuscripts undergo copyediting to improve language quality, stylistic consistency, and formatting, and are then prepared as galleys. Authors are given the opportunity to conduct a final review prior to publication.

6. Publication and Indexing

Editors compile the journal issue and publish articles online. All manuscripts are archived with complete metadata and indexed to enhance scholarly visibility and accessibility.
